Take I-84 West to Exit 20 (Waterbury Route 8 North). Take the first exit, No. 35 (left hand exit – Watertown/Oakville.
**Proceed through two lights. Help, Inc. is located about 200 feet past the second light on the right. (Large red brick building).

From Stamford:
95N=> Exit 27A => Exit Shelton/Waterbury Exit (Route 8 N) the first Exit, No. 35 (left hand exit – Watertown/Oakville).

From New London:
Take 95 So.=> Rt. 9 => Rt. 66W => I-691 W =>

From New Haven:
Take Route 69 North to Waterbury. Take I-84 West.
Follow Directions from Hartford.

From the North (i.e., Torrington):
Take Route 8 South to Exit 36. Go left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow the road through the light and continue to the second traffic Thomaston light. Take a right. Proceed through the light and Help, Inc., is located about 200 feet past the light on the right. (large red brick building).

From the West (i.e., Danbury):
No. 35, Take I-84 to Waterbury, Exit 20 (Route 8 North). Take the first exit.

From the East (i.e., Middletown):
Take Route 66 to Route 691 West. Route 691 will merge with I-84.
